Privacy Policy

Who we are

Stucco MSOTO Construction is a stucco, EIFS and exterior finishing contractor based in Northlake, IL, operating the website at https://msotoconstruction.com. If you have a question about anything on this page, email us at msotoconstructio@yahoo.com.

What we collect

We only collect what you type into the estimate form on this site. That is your name and email address, which are required, and — if you choose to provide them — your phone number, your city or ZIP code, the service you are interested in, your property type, your timeline, and whatever you write in the message field.

We do not ask for payment details, social security numbers, or any other sensitive personal information anywhere on this site. Please do not send them to us.

Why we collect it

To reply to you about your project and arrange an estimate. That is the only reason. We do not sell, rent or trade your details, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you asked for a price.

Who it is shared with

Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection to the service that hosts this website and delivers inquiries to us, and they are stored in the system we use to manage incoming work. Those providers process the information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. Beyond that, we share your information only where we are legally required to.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not run third-party analytics or advertising scripts. Your browser may cache pages and images to make return visits faster, which is ordinary browser behavior rather than tracking.

If we add website analytics in future, we will update this page before doing so.

Links to other sites

This site links to our Facebook page. Once you follow a link away from here, the other site’s own privacy policy applies, not ours.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for as long as we need them to quote, carry out and stand behind the work, and to meet our record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time.

Your choices

Email us at msotoconstructio@yahoo.com and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also simply ask us to stop contacting you and we will.

Children

This website is intended for adults arranging work on a property. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the revised version will appear on this page with a new “last updated” date above.
