This website is operated by Stucco MSOTO Construction. By browsing it or sending us an inquiry through it, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

Information on this site is not a quote

Everything on this website — service descriptions, process steps, the stucco and EIFS comparison, and anything else — is general information about how we work. It is not a quotation, not a specification for your building, and not professional advice about your particular property.

Prices, schedules and scope are only ever agreed in a written estimate issued after we have seen the property. Nothing on this site creates a contract between us.

Technical guidance

Where we describe how stucco and EIFS assemblies are built, how they fail, or what to look out for on your own walls, we are describing what we see in general practice in the Chicago area. Buildings differ. Do not rely on a web page in place of someone competent looking at your actual wall, and do not treat our descriptions as a substitute for a manufacturer’s published installation instructions, an architect’s drawings, or your local building code.

Project photography

The project photographs on this site show work carried out by Stucco MSOTO Construction. They are examples of completed projects and are not a guarantee that your project will look identical: finishes, textures and colors vary with the material, the substrate, the light and the specification agreed for your job.

Intellectual property

The text, photographs, logo and design of this site belong to Stucco MSOTO Construction or are used with permission. You are welcome to view and print pages for your own use in planning work on your property. Please do not republish our project photographs or use our logo without asking first.

Inquiries you send us

When you submit the estimate form you confirm that the details you have given are accurate and that you are entitled to ask for work on the property described. Please do not send us anything unlawful, abusive or deliberately misleading. How we handle what you send is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Availability

We try to keep this site accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be online or completely free of errors. We may change, add to or remove pages at any time without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stucco MSOTO Construction is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the general information published on this website.
